the room provided tea and coffee facilities. biscuits and chocolates were a nice touch. a great hairdryer was available, some hotels lack quality ones. the bed proved very comfortable.
the window faced the fire escape stairs, limiting the view and privacy

Breakfast included many options and the service during breakfast I thought was good. You also can choose items from a breakfast menu.
The bar should have been open until 12.30, yet I wanted a drink at 11pm. Reception told me it was open, I waited 15 minutes and nobody served me.

the hotel was impeccably clean. I REALLY appreciated the attention to detail in the room. The bathroom had high-quality toiletries. the location was quite convenient, very close to public transportation.
The view from my room was not ideal. It faced the fire escape. Bright lights shone into the room at night, even with the curtains drawn. the bar closed earlier than advertised. I encountered some unhelpful staff during check-out.
